Getting Started

Susan recommends using your personal microdermabrasion system all over your body just like she does. In just 2-4 minutes a day, you can unwind with spa-like luxury at home. Just Snap & Go!

Week One:

• Begin using your Youthful Essence^® Skin Care System daily.
• Use your Resurfacing Tool and Cream 4–5 days in a row for 2–4 minutes per microdermabrasion treatment.
• If you have sensitive skin, begin by using the system for just 2–4 days in the first week.

Week Two:

• Let your skin rest by only continuing with your Youthful Essence^® pre and post treatment products.
• Do not use your Resurfacing Tool and Cream for the next 5 days. This allows your skin cells to rejuvenate during this time.

Ongoing Maintenance

• Then after your first 2 weeks, continue to use your Youthful Essence^® Skin Care System daily and restart your personal microdermabrasion treatments 2–4 days a week.
• Regular treatments promote more dramatic results over time and keep your skin looking beautiful.

Using Your Resurfacing Tool

With our new water-resistant Resurfacing Tool you too can enjoy spa-like treatments in your bath or shower.

1. With the Resurfacing Tool turned OFF, dip the attached sponge into the Resurfacing Cream and scoop out a generous amount of cream.
2. Dab dots on areas you are treating. (For your face, dot your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin.)
3. Turn ON the Resurfacing Tool and smooth cream into your skin. Apply light pressure and use upward circular strokes as the tool massages your skin for 2–4 minutes.
4. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Showering is the best method to completely rinse off crystals from your face and body.

Snap & Go!

Remember to use the Snap & Go attachments with the Resurfacing Tool on every part of your body for a natural top-to-toe glow.

Snap on the Large Body Sponge for an all-over smooth body treatment.

Snap on the Triangular Sponge for hard-to-reach areas like the corners of your nose, face and other small areas.

Snap on the Pumice Stone Foot Polisher for an in-home, affordable pedicure experience!
